Who we are

Osirium is a leading UK-based cybersecurity SaaS vendor delivering solutions to customers ranging from mid-market organisations to divisions of global enterprises.  Our innovative 2nd generation Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution helps customers prevent targeted cyberattacks from accessing privileged accounts and opening massive security holes in their critical IT infrastructure, leaving them open to malicious attacks and data loss.

Based in Theale, just outside Reading, we are looking to hire a commited and enthusiatic person to join our Internal Sales Team, dealing with helping build pipline and nurturing leads created by internal and partner marketing activities.

The ISR Role

The ISR role is responsible for helping the company meet its objective to build significant growth in new business sales. The ISR will do this by delivering an agreed number of new early stage engagements with prospects. These will be referred to as “outcomes”.

The role is focused exclusively on proactive outbound lead generation through cold calling and the follow up of marketing campaigns issued by the company and their channel partners.

Working in partnership with the field sales team the primary objective of this role is to develop sales opportunities & pipeline for our range of PAM products.

Day to day responsibilities include the effective development, follow up and management of all outbound leads. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Building new business pipeline
  • Working on lead nurturing with channel partners
  • Co-ordinating leads generated by the company’s in house marketing activities
  • Supporting channel partners with call out days and database marketing
  • Reporting on activities and performance against objectives

Targets and expectations

The role pays commission on all outcomes that meet the qualifying criteria. This is covered in the accompanying commission plan for 2018. Outcomes are defined as;

  • Face to face meeting
  • Online meeting
  • Product demonstration, either online or in person
  • PoC/product trial
  • BANT qualified lead with an identified compelling event

The target number of outcomes per month is 8.

It is an expectation that to achieve this target the ISR will need to make circa 60-80 outbound dials per day.

The ISR has access to all the data sets that are accessible in CRM and are located in the UK & Ireland territory. It is expected that new datasets will also be added during the year.

The ISR will be able to call across both private and public sectors in direct support of all outbound marketing campaigns.
