  • Develop powerful value propositions, clear positioning and messaging for the Osirium range of solutions
  • Act as evangelist and spokesperson for Osirium solutions at conferences, customer events, partner, press and investor briefing
  • Create compelling content and sales tools (copy, presentations, video, thought leadership pieces, collateral) that raise initial customer awareness and help shorten sales cycles
  • Work with Product Management and senior management to develop and articulate the Osirium strategy and roadmap
  • Carry out regular competitive analysis and develop a strong understanding of our competitive market positioning, communicating this to product teams and sales operations
  • Work with Product Management to maintain clear processes for full product life cycle management
  • Train and work closely with internal sales teams and external reseller partners and motivate them to increase sales
  • Work with technology partners to expand the range of complementary offerings we promote in the marketplace
  • Develop intelligent and sustainable pricing and licensing models that maximise revenue and profitability
  • Act as leading participant in Customer Council meetings
  • Establish regular dialogue with customers and partners to understand and articulate the value they uniquely derive from Osirium solutions
  • Maintain a dialogue with industry analysts to champion Osirium in briefings and research programmes
  • Work inclusively with colleagues in sales, engineering, support and marketing to boost their effectiveness

Required Experience & Skills

  • Graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years in a software solutions product marketing role – cybersecurity market experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications capabilities
  • Project management capabilities with good organisational skills – able to juggle multiple projects without getting flustered
  • Experience of being the lead player in product marketing, not just in a supporting role
  • A good overall understanding of technology and the realities of applying it practically to solve customer problems
