This is a key role to support Osirium’s continued growth: as a key part of the Marketing team take full ownership for ensuring the website makes the Osirium range of propositions come to life, achieve optimum rankings on Google, and drive digital marketing campaigns that reach new prospects and partners as well as existing customers and investors.

This is a hands-on role taking responsibility for day-to-day monitoring, management and continuous updates but also needs to take a strategic view for how to improve service, traffic and customer conversions.

The Role

  • Take full responsibility for ensuring the website makes the Osirium proposition come to life and articulates the value we deliver to customers
  • Use a variety of techniques (copy, graphics, video, animations) to communicate key messages and deliver a first-rate user experience
  • Apply your in-depth understanding of SEO and Google to ensure optimum rankings
  • Maintain a website identity and digital marketing presence that combine informative B2B professionalism with an elegant, positive user experience
  • Work with Product Marketing and other teams to maintain a rich flow of well-presented content
  • Fix broken links or images
  • Work with the Marketing Campaigns Manager to deliver complementary digital marketing campaigns encompassing email, social media and discussion groups that extend our audience reach
  • Provide informative and well-structured reports / analytics on web and digital marketing performance (e.g. Google rankings, traffic, conversions) that inform strategy and decision-making
  • Monitor industry web and digital marketing initiatives and drive new, innovative online approaches to constantly improve our presence

Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with WordPress managing the content and user experience of B2B web sites
  • Detailed working knowledge of web analytics and SEO, specifically Google Analytics, Semrush
  • In-depth, hands-on experience of running effective B2B digital marketing campaigns to prospects, customers and communities
  • Good content writing skills and the ability to present content to both technical and no-technical audiences
  • Competent basic graphics capabilities
  • Mature, creative judgement and ability to deliver web and digital marketing that differentiate and provoke interest
  • Good understanding of graphic design (aspect ratios, resolutions, tag management etc)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
