Prerequisites

Before starting your upgrade take note of the following prerequisites.

Prerequisite	Description
Hardware and Software	Ensure the correct resources are available before upgrading. The following outlines the hardware and software requirements.
Ports	For information on the ports required by PAM UI and used between PAM components click here.
Recent backup	We recommend that you have a VM Level backup or Snapshot of the PAM UI Server being upgraded.
