Access and navigation
This section walks you through the logon process and how to navigate your way round the UI.

The user interface is supporting within the following browsers:
- Google Chrome 70 or above. (Recommended)
- Microsoft Edge.
You will need specific logon credentials to login and access the UI. Credentials should be provided by your Osirium PAM SuperAdmin.
To connect to the UI open up a browser window and type in the web address provided, you will be presented with the following login window.
Enter the login details provided by your superadmin:
Field name Description Hostname Enter the address (IP Address or hostname) of the Osirium PAM you want to connect to.
NOTE Depending on your setup, the hostname field may not be shown.
Username/Password Enter your user credentials. To view the password entered click on the . Token code If your Osirium PAM SuperAdmin has provided a token code then enter it here. Only after successful verification of both the password and token code will you be logged in.
Click LOG IN. If successfully authenticated you will be presented with the UI.
If you are using RADIUS authentication that requires you to enter a RADIUS code which is received via SMS or email, then you will be prompted with a secondary Osirium PAM window in which to enter your code. Enter the code and click
The UI contains the left-hand menu, main workspace and the search engine.
Use the left-hand menu to easily navigate between your privileged access lists and other actions available. Your selection will drive the content in the main workspace.
The workspace is the main part of the UI. The Devices list is the default view shown when you've logged in. The information within the workspace will then be updated upon selecting different menu options.
Menu options available area as follows:
|Collapses the left-hand menu so only the icons are visible.|
|Expands the left-hand menu so icons and menu headings are visible.|
|Presents a filtered alphabetical list showing all devices and tools available to you. The access level granted is also shown and will be used when single signing onto the device tool.|
|Presents a filtered alphabetical list showing all the device tasks that can be executed by you.|
|Presents a filtered alphabetical list of all device credentials you have permission to reveal and update. If an account has been disabled you will not be able to view or update the password.|
|Approval requests waiting to be approved.|
|Opens the Osirium PAM Admin Interface in a browser session. Your Osirium PAM access level will determine the Admin Interface menu options displayed and operations allowed.|
|Brings up a Change Tickets - Acquire Ticket window so you enter the details of the Change Ticket you will be carry out the work under.|
|If you are using a local Osirium PAM user account then you will be able to update it's password here. NOTE Action not available for users authenticated through an external authentication service i.e. Active Directory or RADIUS.|
|Logs you out of your current Osirium PAM connection and navigates you back to the UI login page. All open device sessions will be disconnected.|
On each page - Devices, Tasks and Credentials, a search facility is available to help you quickly narrow down the list presented and match a specified criteria. As soon as you start typing in the search field the list below will dynamically update.
