The Real part of Virtual

Lockheed Martin VTC Model

Yesterday (19th March 2015) saw Osirium founders David Guyatt and Kev Pearce presenting at the Lockheed Martin Virtual Technology Cluster 'Launch' event. The main theme was 'Enhancing the UK's Technology Supply Chain'.

Osirium are the first vendor to go through all parts the VTC process. David and Kev found themselves busy all day demonstrating the key features of Privileged User Management and Task Automation to many of the 140 technology experts, investors, academics and industry leaders.

David Guyatt said "For me, most people wanted to understand how we protect IT Infrastructures from stolen passwords, I know Kev Pearce was involved in very in depth discussions on military grade password lifecycle management, so for us it's been great to be a founding member of the VTC and see that there is real business to be done".

Kev Pearce commented "What's interesting about today is that many of the people I spoke to are already aware of the problems of managing privileged users and their accounts. What surprised me was the number of demos I made to organisations who had views and plans of how they are going to address all the privileged accounts, right through to the third parties and system vendors. I was really pleased I'd brought my full demo kit!".
