Osirium at PCI London June 2016

The shift from voluntary to mandated compliance is a key shift across cyberspace. Payments are no exception.

So how can PCI professionals keep up with conflicting EU regulations at the same time as doing the day job? Because just dealing with rapidly evolving payment technologies and the challenges of contact centres is hard enough by itself. Companies must integrate new payment channels securely into existing business models, across multiple business areas where security awareness is low.

Osirium are attending the 13th PCI Conference demonstrating our solution in the exhibit area and presenting at a seminar session.

This is the UK’s largest gathering of payment risk and security professionals, tasked with securing payments systems, protecting cardholder data and meeting PCI DSS requirements.

Kev Pearce, our CTO, will present “Breaking the attackers kill chain – deny their first pumping moments” including: – how the attackers kill chain works and how to stop lateral movement of an inside attacker.

He will discuss why third parties need to separate users from passwords and how privilege user management and privilege account management need to work together to provide proper security.
