Known Issues

PPA has a few known issues we are working to resolve:

First Boot

PPA database will fail to create if the appliance is powered off before the first boot is complete.

Wait until the appliance has reached the initial setup before powering it off.

Firefox gets stuck 'Performing TLS Handshake'.

This is caused by too many self signed certificates with the same server name.

Type about:support and open your profile folder. Remove or rename cert8.db and cert9.db and restart Firefox.
